Promoter

The promoter is ghd Hair ANZ Pty Ltd ("Promoter").

Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 2 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 15 October 2026 ("Promotional Period").

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over residing in all Australian states and territories excluding ACT.

Employees of the Promoter, The Porter House Hotel Sydney, their immediate families, associated agencies, suppliers and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must during the Promotional Period:

  • Complete the competition entry form available via the Promoter's website; and
  • Submit all required contact details.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated by the Promoter.

Incomplete, indecipherable or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

Prize

There is one (1) prize to be won consisting of:

  • One (1) night stay in a Junior Suite at The Porter House Hotel Sydney valued at up to $1,800;
  • One (1) ghd Pink Helios Hair Dryer (RRP $399);
  • One (1) ghd Pink Chronos Max Wide Plate Straightener (RRP $499);
  • One (1) ghd Pink Chronos Grand Tong (RRP $320).

Total prize pool value: approximately AUD $3,018.

Prize values are correct at the time of publishing.

Prize Conditions

The hotel stay is based on Non-Last Room availability, and the Junior Suite is subject to availability at the time of booking.

The hotel stay is valid until 30 September 2027.

The hotel stay cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, including Accor Plus.

The hotel stay is not available on public holidays or special event blackout days. Bookings are essential.

Travel to and from Sydney, meals, beverages, incidental expenses, travel insurance and any additional expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If any prize element becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that element with a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random electronic draw from all valid entries received.

The draw will take place at the Promoter's offices on Friday 16 October 2026.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

The winner's first name, surname initial and state may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed for 14 days after the initial winner notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw on Friday 30 October 2026 at the same location.

The redraw winner will be notified within two (2) business days.

Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy

By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of conducting the promotion and contacting the winner.

Entrants also acknowledge that their personal information may be disclosed to The Porter House Hotel Sydney solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and associated agencies are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.

ghd x Coreplus Giveaway

This promotion is conducted by Jemella Australia Pty Limited (ABN 104 455 138) of Level 24, 167 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 ("Promoter" or "ghd"). 

Eligibility 

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. 

Entry is only available to members and visitors of participating CorePlus studios at Randwick (NSW), Elsternwick (VIC), Glenelg (SA) and Kawana (QLD). Entrants must select the studio they are entering for on the entry form. 

Directors, officers, management, employees and contractors of the Promoter and its related entities, and agencies, suppliers, and companies associated with this promotion, along with their immediate family members, are ineligible to enter. 

Promotion Period 

The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 15 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 1 November 2026 ("Promotion Period"). 

How to Enter 

To enter, individuals must during the Promotion Period: 

• Visit or be a member of a participating CorePlus studio (Randwick, Elsternwick, Glenelg or Kawana); 
• Select their participating studio on the official entry form; and 
• Complete and submit the official online entry form. 

Only one (1) entry is permitted per person. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified. 

Prize 

There are four (4) prizes to be won, with one (1) winner drawn from each participating CorePlus studio. 

Each prize includes: 

• One (1) ghd sculpt hair straightener (RRP $599) 
• One (1) ghd paddle brush (RRP $59) 
• One (1) ghd bodyguard heat protect spray (RRP $49) 
• One (1) ghd once again dry shampoo (RRP $45) 
• One (1) 10-class CorePlus pack at the entrant's selected studio 

Prize Value 

The value of each prize varies depending on the selected CorePlus studio: 

• Randwick: AUD $1,077 (10-class pack valued at $325) 
• Elsternwick: AUD $1,032 (10-class pack valued at $280) 
• Glenelg: AUD $1,032 (10-class pack valued at $280) 
• Kawana: AUD $1,032 (10-class pack valued at $280) 

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $4,173. 

Draw 

One (1) winner will be randomly drawn from each participating studio. 

The draws will take place at the Promoter's premises on 2 November 2026. 

The first valid entry drawn for each studio will win the prize allocated to that studio. 

Winner Notification 

Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within two (2) business days of the draw. 

Unclaimed Prize 

If a prize remains unclaimed after 14 days from notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw on 17 November 2026 at the same location as the original draw.
